Automatic renewal. A paid monthly plan renews every month at $29, and a paid yearly plan renews every year at $290, plus tax, until you cancel. Cancel online in Billing before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The 7-day trial needs no card and does not become a paid plan unless you choose one.

Prices in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. Currently available to Illinois licensees for Illinois transactions. Team and Brokerage plans are coming soon; contact us if you'd like to hear when they open.
Fair use, never overage fees. Each month includes up to 300 minutes of voice dictation, 1,500 forwarded emails and 20 inspection or sewer-scope summaries per agent. You can see your use on the Billing page; if you reach an amount, only that feature pauses until the next month.

Virtual Staging
+$10 per month (or +$100 per year) on top of any plan. Up to 40 staged images per month, each permanently labeled and shown beside the original photo. Separate subscription; cancel online anytime.
Free trial, renewal and plan terms
Free trial and automatic renewal. Your free trial lasts 7 days and is a limited trial: it includes only the features marked as included in the trial in our Trial vs. Subscriber comparison (on our Pricing page and in Billing), including one active deal. All other features require a paid subscription. No card is needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself; when it ends, agent tools pause until you choose a plan, and your clients can still view their files. A paid plan starts only when you choose it and agree to these terms at checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically every month (or every year for yearly plans) at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time: sign in, open Billing and choose Cancel subscription, or email theclosingatelier@gmail.com from your account email. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We email you a confirmation with these terms and how to cancel. Yearly plans receive a reminder 30 to 60 days before renewal. The Virtual Staging add-on ($10 per month, up to 40 images per month) renews and cancels the same way, separately.
Price changes and price lock. Prices may change. We will email you before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before then. Everyone pays the same price. Details of any price lock for current subscribers will be announced before paid plans open.
Service area. The Closing Atelier is currently offered only to real estate licensees licensed in Illinois, for transactions involving Illinois property, and their clients. Templates and timelines reflect common Illinois practice and may not fit other states.
Not a real estate brokerage. The Closing Atelier is not a real estate brokerage and does not perform any activity that requires a real estate license. We do not list, show, market or negotiate property, give opinions of value, or receive any fee tied to a transaction or referral. Each agent who uses the app, and that agent’s sponsoring brokerage, remains fully responsible for their services, advice, advertising, records and compliance with the Illinois Real Estate License Act and brokerage policies.
