The Closing Atelier Text Message (SMS) Terms

Program: transaction status updates and messages from your real estate agent about your purchase or sale (for example "Inspection completed", "Closing moved to May 14", or a reply to your question). Messages are not marketing.

Consent language shown at opt-in: By checking the box, you agree to receive transaction status texts from your agent through The Closing Atelier at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of any purchase. Texts are informational, not marketing.   • Opt-in: you choose to receive texts by checking the box on your status page or the inquiry form, or by texting your agent's number. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home or of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies with your transaction — typically a few messages per week while you are under contract.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to stop texts. You will get one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out from your status page or by telling your agent.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact your agent or theclosingatelier@gmail.com.
  • Quiet hours: automated texts are not sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local time.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: your mobile number and opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
  • WIRE FRAUD WARNING: The Closing Atelier will never send, request, or change wire instructions. Before sending any money, call your attorney or title company directly at a phone number you have independently verified (not one from an email or text). Never act on emailed or texted wire instructions or changes.

Texts you send to your agent's number may be saved to your file's message thread so your agent's records stay complete.
