Your client sees the staged image next to the unaltered original, permanently labeled.
Built-in safeguards

Virtual staging must never misrepresent a property. These protections are built into the add-on, not left to chance.
- Every staged image carries a permanent label: "Virtually staged – for illustration only"
- The unaltered original is always shown next to it
- Only movable furniture and décor are added or removed; walls, windows, floors, fixtures, defects and views are never changed
- Exterior landscaping images are labeled as concept renderings
- You confirm you have the rights to every photo you upload
- Using images outside the app (MLS, listing sites, social media) follows your MLS rules, such as MRED's disclosure requirement, and Illinois advertising rules

Virtually staged images
This image has been virtually staged. Furniture, décor or landscaping were added by computer and are not included in the sale. It is an illustration of how the space could look, not a photograph of the property’s current condition. Nothing outside the owner’s control (such as views, power lines or neighboring structures) has been added or removed. The original photo is available from the agent. Agents listing on MRED must answer “Y” to “Are Any Property Photos Virtually Staged?”.
AI-generated content
