NO REFERRAL FEES: Advertising fees on The Closing Atelier are flat monthly payments for advertising space only. They are not referral fees. A provider pays the same fee whether or not anyone contacts or hires them, and the fee is never based on leads, referrals, closings or the size of any transaction. The Closing Atelier does not pay or accept any fee, commission, kickback or other thing of value in exchange for referring anyone to a provider, and it pays agents who use the app nothing in connection with these listings. Every listed provider is a separate, independent professional with a separate business; none is an employee, partner or agent of The Closing Atelier. Each works toward the same shared outcome: happy clients and a faster, smoother closing. You are always free to choose any provider, on or off this site, or none at all.
